How to get the perfect size?

You should check out our sizing chart first. Then grab your favourite shirt, lay it flat on table, etc. and measure it’s length and width just like it’s shown on our sizing chart.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email with a number of options to help manage your delivery.


What should i do if i received a defect?

How can i return my t-shirt?

If there’s any problem with your order or you’re not happy with your product just drop us an email to help@tecifo.com describing your problem or just use our contact form and we’ll sort it out.

 

How long i have to wait for a refund?

We make refunds within 5-10 business days.

 

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong size received, defecttive shirt), the customer will be reimbursed for the return shipping costs. If the customer is returning a shirt because they are unsatisfied with the shirt or would like to exchange it for a different size, then the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

 

What carrier do you use for shipping orders?

Our main delivery service is USPS.

 

Can I change my order after it's placed?

If you wish to cancel or change your order information, please contact us as quickly as possible. If your order has been shipped, we can not make any changes to your order. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery method.

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order.
